On the 4chan civil war comic there is a duoantagonist named the cancer lord, he's the manifestation of what's killing the random board, he's a large hunched humanoid with a small crown and very short hairstyle, massive detachable hands with incredibly sharp teeth, he wears a amulet and a pair of shorts with a tank top on top, you can read the comic for more info here
